Total Culture and gobelet vine pruning

Our vines grow on two different terroirs: clay-limestone soil and garrigue siliceous lenses. At the foothills of the Black Mountain, our vines are spread out on about 7 miles through different villages, and we believe that the climate has more impact on them than the actual composition of the soil and subsoil.
